Its location is bordered by the streets Cara Dušana, Zadužbinska, Šumadijska and Filip Višnjića. Covering an area of approximately 6 hectares, the residential-business complex will have 8 buildings, seven residences, a total of 1,440 flats and a workplace or 200,000 m2 of residential and business space.
